I cannot roll my r's. I have tried & tried, my tounge does not seem to roll up or flutter, I have tried to sound out the "d" part of it and that doesn't seem to work either. Worse, even if I can get a brief passable rolling r sound, I cannot keep it going (like a purrrrr). I am even considering some type of hypnotherapy for this - any suggestions? Help!
